For nearly 75 years, Monk Office has been proudly supporting Vancouver Island communities through donations and sponsorship! We believe that by contributing to the areas we serve we can help build stronger and more vibrant communities. From schools, artists and sports teams to food banks and other local non-profits, we welcome your application and take every request to heart.

At Monk Office, giving back is simply a part of how we do business. We live our core values in the communities we serve and are always looking for opportunities to Make a Difference in those areas.

Looking for a donation?

Every month, we receive numerous donation/sponsorship requests and while we wish we could support everyone – we need to ensure our allocated donation fund can be shared fairly to as many recipients as possible. Prior to filling out our Community Support Application form, please take a moment to review our guiding principles:

  1. Does your event or activity support one or more of our valued areas of focus?
    • Art & Education
    • Environment
    • Local Initiatives/Non-Profits
    • Health & Wellness
  2. Are you, or your organization customers of Monk Office?
  3. We welcome up to 2 requests per organization/individual per calendar year for consideration.
  4. Requests for donations and sponsorships promoting political organizations or affiliated activities will be declined.
  5. Any donation considerations will be in the form of gift cards, product, or other in-kind sponsorship. Unfortunately, we cannot offer direct financial sponsorship.
