Order Picker

Schedule: Full-time | Location: Victoria (800 Viewfield Rd.) | $17/hr

The Stationery Order Picker is accountable for filling customers’ orders in a timely and accurate manner for delivery from the Monk Distribution Centre.

What you will bring:

Education:                  

  • High School graduate

Skills:              

  • Good physical strength and stamina
  • Proven track record of attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Experience:    

  • Previous warehousing experience would be an asset, but not required

What you will do:

  • Print and sort pick tickets
  • Work independently to accurately pick customers’ orders by pulling inventory from shelves and bin locations and delivering orders to the shipping area
  • Ensure that shelves and bin locations are kept clean, neat and organized
  • Report inventory discrepancies
  • Organize orders and wrap skids in preparation for up-island deliveries
  • Support co-workers to achieve common goals
