Making Shopping Easier and Safer
Starting immediately our warehouse team is offering flexible drop off points, to wherever you feel most comfortable and safe to pick up. Just let us know in the order comments or speak to a Customer Experience Representative. We can drop your parcel on your porch, between apartment doors, beside the garage, wherever! You let us know where and how we can help.
More convenient to come to us? Pick up at our Head Office in Esquimalt! You can find us and our warehouse at 800 Viewfield Rd, open 10am – 4pm M-F.
We’ll pick for you! Already know what you want at a Monk retail store? Call us ahead of time and we’ll have it ready to be picked up—no browsing necessary.
NEW Service Update:
We are now offering Parking Lot Trunk Service at all Monk Office stores for purchases under $100. Call ahead and reserve your order with a credit card. Please leave your name and telephone number with your Monk store so we can be sure it’s you.

Our team is dedicated to making sure you have all you need to carry on your days. We recognize this is a unique position. If there’s any other way we can safely get packages to you, we’re open to your suggestions!
Other preventative measures we’re taking include encouraging responsible containment measures by:
- Ensuring any Team Members who feel unwell refrain from coming to work.
- Following federal and provincial directives for all our Team Members who have traveled abroad.
- Managing our commercial accounts via email and phone—respecting social distancing.
