Warehouse Supply Chain Associate

Schedule: Full-time | Location: Victoria (800 Viewfield Rd.) | $20/hr

The focus of the Warehouse Supply Chain Associate is to receive and put away goods in the stationery Distribution Centre in an accurate and timely manner.

What you will bring:

Skills:

  • Good written and oral communications skills
  • Good basic math skills
  • Experience with computer-based inventory systems

Experience:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a Distribution Centre setting, preferably as a Shipper or Receiver
  • Forklift certification an asset
  • Class 5 Driver’s License

What you will do:

  • Accurately receive goods to ensure they are the same goods that were ordered
  • Verify that goods are received in undamaged condition
  • Document discrepancies from vendors and communicate the errors to the Procurement team
  • Schedule appointments for incoming deliveries
  • Accurately put away goods into our inventory once they are received from our vendors
