The focus of this role is to deliver skids of product to our up-island delivery drivers and stores on time and efficiently.

What you will bring:
Skills:
- A great attitude
- Responsible, respectful and have self-motivation
Experience:
- Class 5 Drivers License with clean abstract
- Experience with 5 ton truck an asset
- Air Brakes ticket an asset
What you will do:
- Load vehicles with care to prevent damage to product
- Work an average of 8hr shift which begins at 3:30 A.M. (depending on delivery size, road and traffic conditions your shift may vary in length)
- Deliver store product and stock to our Duncan and Courtenay stores
- Deliver skids of customer orders to our up-island drivers (Nanaimo and Courtenay)
- Provide an excellent customer experience
- Deliver orders to customers
- Schedule maintenance for truck(s) as required
- Keep the Monk delivery truck(s) clean and organized
- Recycling management (Monk recycles over 90% of its waste!)
