Customer Experience Team Representative

Schedule: Full Time | Location: Victoria, B.C

The primary focus of the Customer Experience Representative is to work with existing and prospective customers in a digital and telecom environment. As an inside selling function, this position ensures that both internal and external customers of Monk Office receive a professional and pleasant experience completed in a timely manner. The ultimate goal is to deliver total customer satisfaction by demonstrating that Monk can enhance their business through a full spectrum of products and services.

What you will do:

  • Respond to incoming calls, emails, online chats to help customers find the products and solutions they need to be productive at work and at home
  • Participate enthusiastically in driving sales and achieving Monk Office objectives by making outbound calls and customer follow through
  • Respond to customers timely and process orders, returns, service calls accurately
  • Manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
  • Provide suggestions, solutions and options to customers
  • Work on projects, reporting and teams to assist all areas of the business in growing
  • Support sales – retail, commercial office products, technology, and office walk-in customers

What you will bring:

  • 1 -3 years’ experience in customer service, sales, logistics, call centre and/or data entry
  • Passion for customer service and everything office – stationery, technology and interiors
  • An eye for detail and accuracy – follow-up and follow-through are important to you
  • A “yes I can” attitude in an ever-changing work environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer experience
  • High energy and desire to contribute to the business
  • Curious and inquisitive nature – seek to find the best service for customers
