Shipping & Delivery
We deliver right to your door, whether you're in Greater Victoria -- or on Cape Breton Island. In fact, we deliver to anywhere in North America!
In Greater Victoria, if you're located in our Same Day Right Away delivery area and you place a minimum $50.00 order before taxes by 12:00 noon, we'll deliver your order the same day -- absolutely free of delivery charges! Service available Monday to Friday.
Non-commercial account orders are to be prepaid using Visa®, MasterCard® or American Express® credit cards. If you are not an account customer of ours, please refer to the Open an Account page.
Any purchase you make with us can be returned for a full credit providing it is shipped back to us prepaid within 14 days of purchase. Of course, the returns must be in their original packaging and in their original condition. If an item is defective, it will be repaired or replaced as required. Please note that if an item is damaged in transit, it becomes the responsibility of the delivery company; contact the shipper directly for instructions regarding replacement or repair.

We work in partnership with DHL so if DHL does not have a delivery access to your location, we will deliver your order to the DHL depot nearest you.
